Mediterranean in summer, Caribbean in winter: how to read a yacht's calendar
A yacht changes region with the seasons. How the Four Seasons I's year is laid out and what to decide first.
Unlike a hotel, a yacht does not have one season but several regions across the year. The Four Seasons I sails the Mediterranean in summer and the Caribbean and the Bahamas in winter, with an Atlantic crossing in between.
In the Mediterranean, the itineraries mention the Riviera, the Greek islands, the Dalmatian coast and ports such as Monaco, Portofino, Saint-Tropez, Santorini, Mykonos, Capri and Porto Cervo. In the Caribbean, the destinations cited include St Barths, Antigua and Canouan.
The line cites more than 130 destinations with pre-selected activities or an Experience Concierge: from private diving in Saba to after-hours access to the Acropolis or truffle hunting in Piran. For 2026, voyages with guest chefs in the Chef-in-Residence program are also announced.
To decide: first the region and the time of year, then the suite. Dates and itineraries change; current departures are on the Four Seasons Yachts site, and the conditions of each benefit are in The Edit.
